One of the most exciting things I did this month was I prayed with kids at SCF College in Bradenton, listened to Worship and handed out Bibles. Some of the kids were very receptive and stopped by to say hello. I told them about our church and talked with them a little about their lives. It was very interesting to see how many were willing to hear the name of Jesus and wanted to know more. It was a great experience.

I also got to meet Michelle, from JoyFm and chat with other churches in the neighborhood.

In other news.....

Unfortunately, on March 30th, I also had to say goodbye to my friend Graci. Everyone who knew her loved her. She had quite a personality with her tongue usually hanging out and barking at all the squirrels and birds that happen to step on her property. I loved her very much. Graci, you will be missed!

Favorite Devotional of March.

 COLORS

Grand rising and blessings, family. It's Monday, March 30th and it's great to be back. Holy week started yesterday celebrating Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Today's topic is something I've been thinking about all week; COLORS. I thought of how beautiful God made the world for us to lay our eyes upon. The skys with its Blue to remind us of divinity and heaven. Purple the color of royalty. Yellow or Gold: the sun with its light and gold which is put under so much heat to bring up all the impurities and unwanted elements. Which is what God does to us when we surrender to him, giving up our will to be purified and cleansed. Which is where the color White comes in which just reminds me of holiness, goodness, and righteousness. The color Green which shows life, renewal, and growth. Then there is Red which is the color of blood, and life. "the life of the flesh is in the blood" (Leviticus 17:11) Biblically it also represents the ultimate hope! Jesus, our Savior, redeemer, who took away the sins of the world and was the last blood sacrifice.

However, unfortunately there are other colors that may not be so good which probably had something to do with man and free will. The color black associated with the dark appears in Genesis "The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep." (Genesis 1:2) God said let there be light for a reason. We were not made to live in darkness. He knew the light was good. The color black is associated with sin, death, mourning, and deep spiritual darkness. Even when it's night, God gives us the moon and the stars which stand out in the dark skies. When us humans live half in the world and the other half with God, we create the color grey. This is the color of confusion, unrest, and indecision. Probably a color associated with the enemy. A color of complacency and discontent. Unlike the Gray of the Bible which points to wisdom, age and honor. (Proverbs 20:29)

Which colors are represented in your life today?

Heavenly father please continue to reveal those parts of me that live in the grey and purify and sanctify me so I can serve with boldness, purity and integrity. Thank you for allowing me to shine your light in the darkness. In Jesus name. Amen 🙏

Today's funny 😁 Eve never had to listen to Adam talk about how well his mother cooked. 🤔
